About Me
Nothing more than a man who cares enough to try.
Hey there! I’m Tejas, a current second-year student at Fuqua School of Business in Durham, NC. Passion drives me, whether I’m diving into the world of business or exploring new innovations in software development. I like to think of myself as a “Jack of all trades.” When I’m not buried in coursework, you’ll find me writing, creating art, strumming my Ukulele, or eagerly picking up a new skill. Oh, and sometimes I indulge in the luxury of sleeping in until 2 in the afternoonāgot to keep that work-life balance in check, right?
Forever in the pursuit of what sets my soul on fire.

Books
My last read was "I came upon a lighthouse" by Shantanu Naidu.
Shantanu Naidu, the young assistant whose story took the internet by storm when a video of the Tata group chairman, Ratan Tata, went viral, has written "I came upon a lighthouseā, not to talk about the rare and
invaluable life lessons that were imparted to him by the āMillenial Dumbledore" as he refers to Mr Tata, but rather as a tale of friendship,
an unlikely one at that, between a millenial and an octogenarian.
This book talks about life's subtler lessons, about hope, about compassion, about how finding your "lighthouse" can help your chart your course and can make a world of difference in how you perceive life.
For those of us who're feeling as if they are lost at sea and are losing hope, this book will remind you to find that lighthouse in your life. The lighthouse that brings us home. And, I hope, when we see another in need of our support, care or guidance, we can shine a light to help
guide them back home too.
Reading forms an integral part of my life and I truly believe that the wealth of knowledge that books offer and the freedom that they offer to the reader to interpret and create a world of their imagination is unparalleled and one of its kind. Here is a list of books that I have read over the past years and that I hold dear to my heart. If you are to pick up any of these, I can promise you that you will be a changed person by the time you are done reading the book. I am always looking for suggestions on books that have inspired you, have left you wondering or have made you question your thinking. If you have read a book that did this for you, please share it with me below!
Art
Since I was a wee lad, I’ve been sketching away like a young Picasso. One vivid memory is from Delhi Haat, where I sat wide-eyed, watching street artists whip up lifelike portraits at lightning speed. I’ve dabbled in all sorts of artistic shenanigans ever since. My love for tech and art collided, pushing me into the world of digital creativity. Curious about my digital art toolkit and itching to see my creations? Hit that button below and hop over to my art page!
Projects
I have a knack for uncovering problems and devising user-friendly solutions. I firmly believe in learning by doing. This space is where I’ll showcase some of my experiments with new technologies and projects I’ve seen through to completion.

Photography
Back in 2010, my aunt gifted me my first SLR, and that’s when my photography journey truly began. Before that, I wandered with a Sony Cybershot, snapping away. Initially, I was obsessed with macro shots, but over time, I’ve dabbled in all sorts of photography. This hobby complements my love for travel, allowing me to preserve memories and stories from my journeys. I currently use a Canon 700D.
Below, you’ll find a glimpse of my photography adventures (or misadventures) š¤£. Expect overexposed shots, photoshopped wonders, and even a few watermarks in fancy fonts. But hey, that’s just how I roll!
